Do I need prior experience to begin?
No. Our Fundamentals tracks are designed for beginners and returning artists. We recommend starting with Foundational Line & Form or Sketchbook Habits if you’re unsure.
What is included in mentored courses?
Mentored tracks include weekly critique submissions, tailored feedback, and course-specific office hours. Self-paced tracks include the full curriculum without live critique.
How much time should I allocate weekly?
Most learners invest 4–6 hours weekly. Intensive tracks may recommend 7–10 hours to complete assignments and iterate based on feedback.
What tools and materials are required?
You can start with basic pencils, a kneaded eraser, and a sketchbook. Specific courses may recommend charcoal, fineliners, or a drawing tablet for digital tracks.
Are there refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase for self-paced courses if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. Mentored tracks have specific policies outlined at checkout.
Can I switch tracks or levels later?
You can request a level or track change within the first two weeks. We’ll review your submissions to recommend a suitable placement.
Do you provide certificates?
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a course certificate detailing mastered competencies. We do not promise academic credit or employment outcomes.
