1. Accounts and Eligibility

1. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities under your account.
3. Provide accurate information and promptly update changes.

2. License and Access

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute course materials without written permission.

3. Mentorship and Community

Mentored tracks involve critique submissions and scheduled sessions. Community participation requires respectful, constructive conduct. We may moderate or remove content that violates guidelines.

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers. Self-paced courses are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% of content has been accessed. Mentored tracks follow course-specific policies communicated at checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, trademarks, and materials are owned by DeepFocus Atelier or licensors. You retain rights to your original artwork and submissions.

6. Acceptable Use

1. Do not attempt to breach security, scrape content, or interfere with the Service.
2. Avoid infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content in submissions.
3. Respect other learners’ privacy and do not share their work without permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service and content are provided “as is.” We do not make guarantees of specific outcomes such as professional employment or admission to institutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepFocus Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or abusive behavior. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date when changes occur. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
